I’ve been going to Couve Health for some time now, and Dr. Russel has helped me immensely. As he and his team educate you with exercises needed for further relief and recovery, results become evident quickly. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and skilled. He cares deeply about his patients and is always respectful. Also, the staff is always amazing, and so kind, and helpful. I strongly recommend this place.

Dr. Russell is fantastic! His approach is incredibly effective in addressing acute and long term issues and he is easily able to translate my odd complaints about pain and discomfort into a treatment plan. He is super attentive and welcoming!
Brennan is wonderful for RMT and has massively helped with stiffness from desk work. I was unsure what to expect for my first RMT visit but he made me feel very comfortable.

I currently have Dr. Nicholas Russell helping me through a shoulder injury, and I can confidently say that he provided astounding results. His strength-based expertise has helped me to get my bench press moving again after three years of stalling due to a shoulder injury. I hit a personal best bench press of 220lbs in december in my competition, and just 2 months into rehab with Nick, Ive benched that same weight for 4 reps now, expecting 265lbs for a single rep in my next competition. Thanks Nick!

Had my first appointment today at Couve with Dr Russell today. Highly recommend this clinic and Dr Russell. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the root cause of my back/hip issues. He was also very thorough in explaining the exercises he gave me to help with my issues

Couve Health is a great clinic for treatment. Very clean and cool atmosphere. Was my first time seeing Dr. Russell. Very impressed with his knowledge, skills and care. He really focused on my issues and gave me quality exercises to do at home. Would highly recommend.
